We charge a Flat rate shipping fee per order based on your location.

SA Metro - $15 

SA Regional,VIC,NSW,ACT - $25

NT, TAS, WA - $30

We use Australia Post, Couriers Please and Fleurieu Logistics for deliveries across Australia.

Delivery Timeline

You can expect your order to arrive within 2-7 working days for most locations, although some rural areas may experience longer delivery times. During hot weather, shipments of wine may be delayed to prevent heat damage.

Returns Policy

We hope that you enjoy your wine however if you receive a bottle that is damaged or flawed, we will gladly replace or refund it. To facilitate this, please return the unfinished portion of the original bottle for replacement.

Once we receive the returned wine, we will process your refund to your credit card, excluding shipping and handling fees. If the original shipment was damaged or flawed, you will receive a full refund, including shipping costs.

Undeliverable Goods

Occasionally, we are notified by carriers if they are unable to deliver a package. In such cases, we will contact you to arrange for re-delivery.
